To all Members and friends,

Following the AGM on Wednesday 22nd November a majority of members, after taking into consideration comments from the previous 2 meetings, expressed their wish to return to the original meeting day and time that had been in place for many years. It was resolved to change meetings to TUESDAY at 6.00pm for a 6.30pm start and finish at 8pm. It was felt that although it is healthy to try new ideas sometimes, for a variety of reasons, they do not always work. The board has agreed to this resolution.

Therefore from Tuesday 12^th December we will meet each Tuesday Evening at 6.00pm for a 6.30pm start, and finish at 8pm. This will allow time for guest speakers on the 1st and 3rd weeks of the month. These will be formal meetings. There is room for other meetings to have a project discussion and a social event in the month. Flexibility will be the key for the social events.

It was also agreed we would change our meeting venue from Villa Noosa Hotel to Tait Duke Community Cottage, Earl Street Tewantin 4565. As an incorporated body we are required to pass a resolution to this effect at a general meeting. All members will be given 21 days notice of this meeting at a date to be set. We will then register our amended By-Laws with Government
