Please print out and keep handy for reference

1st Wed of the month –

2nd Wed of the month –
Meeting times same as the normal time of 12 noon for 12.30 pm start and all members are encouraged to attend.

Projects and Programme planning and progress meeting plus informal fellowship.
Not to be counted for compulsory 2 meetings per month, as set out by Rotary International.
3rd Wed of the month –
Set aside for a social get together and in some cases, the day of the week maybe flexible, depending on the activities available.
Not to be countered for the compulsory 2 meetings per month, as set out by Rotary International.
4th Wed of the month –
Normal meeting – 6 pm for a 6.30 pm start.

This way, there will be 2 back to back general meetings for continuity. The rational for the evening meetings are to see if this attracts new members and with minimal disruptions to their business and family life.
This is a total of 4 meetings per calendar month, of which, 2 will be considered as compulsory to hold- all three at the TDCC. If there will be an event where we need more room, this can be arranged as needed. There will be odd days at the end of the month, but it is envisaged that we stick to the 1 to 4 Wednesdays of the month. If there is a need for extra meetings, the end of month spare days can be ad hoc. This timetable started Sept. 6th 2017.
