OUR BOARD MEETINGS
We must have a quorum of board members as provided in the bylaws to approve finances and business matters.
According to our current constitution and bylaws we are required to hold weekly Regular Meetings. Date and time can be changed. Board meetings are normally held on the second Tuesday of the month and counts as a Regular Weekly meeting,
