RYLA is is an exciting and challenging training program for leaders and potential leaders between the ages 18-26.
RYLA emphasizes leadership, citizenship, and personal growth, and aims to
- Demonstrate Rotary's respect and concern for youth
- Provide an effective training experience for selected youth and potential leaders
- Encourage leadership of youth by youth
- Recognize publicly young people who are rendering service to their communities

Whether you are an enthusiastic worker, young professional, self-employed or a tertiary student, RYLA provides fantastic opportunity to learn, grow, have fun and make new friends.
WHAT: The goal of RYLA is to train youth from age 14 in character, leadership, personal development, and good citizenship.
WHEN: From 5th May to 11May. The program covers 5 very full days of activities and speakers together with social and Rotary functions at night. Seminar Program will start at 0600 and conclude at 2300 each day
